Immediate need for an experienced Service Manager for a location in Louisiana.

For this position, we're looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Service Manager in a shop featuring Diesel Engines, Heavy Equipment, Trucking, Marine equipment or Generators. Specific position responsibilities include: full management of technical staff, budgeting, P&L, creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Interview process would consist of (1-2) phone interviews followed by a face to face meeting in LA along with client's headquarters in Dallas. Expenses WILL be covered for interview travel. Excellent benefits including: medical, dental, 401k, relocation package.

Electrical / Hydraulic Mechanic (Construction Equipment) - SC

Windgate Associates, LLC has an immediate need for a Electrical / Hydraulic systems SPECIALIST for an internationally-known client in South Carolina. On a daily basis: you will be repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Electrical and Hydraulics on a variety of construction equipment:

Skills required are:
- DC Electrical Troubleshooting
- Heavy Hydraulic experience
- The ability to read and interpret ISO / Block schematics
- Possess own tools (up to an inch and a half)
- Desire work in-shop with occasional field service to start. Ability to obtain CDL license if needed in future
- Ability to lift above 150LBS.
- Welding, fabrication and engine experience a major plus.
- Experience working on construction equipment

Starting pay in the mid-high teens per hour. Medical, 401k, Profit-sharing

A-Level Diesel Technicians - FLORIDA

Windgate Associates has an immediate need for a senior Diesel Mechanic / Diesel Technician in Florida. On a daily basis, you will be responsible repairing, maintaining, rebuilding and overhauling diesel engines for a variety of applications (trucks, automotive, buses, marine, generators).

Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of heavy diesel experience.
Experience with diesel engine overhaul, repair, and maintenance.
The ability to accept a full-time position in Florida.
Clean criminal background and driving record.

Transmission Mechanic - FL and GA

We are looking for an experienced transmission mechanic. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years experience in transmission repair and electronics. Responsible to troubleshoot and perform repairs on Allison Transmissions. Must have own tools applicable to job and a clean driving record. HS diploma or equivalent.
